I’ve noticed on my Instagram – where I’m honing my voice, please follow me if you are a Manifestor – I’ve been talking a lot about the subtle ways that change actually works in your life and business.
To no surprise, it’s definitely not registering with everyone.
This is to be expected, because I wasn’t always ready for this information either.

People want things to be hard in order to feel like they’re getting somewhere.
Well guess what, change is SUPPOSED to be easy, WE make it hard.
In fact, it confuses people sometimes who watch my Instagram stories where I sit at my computer and goof around with my cats and show my cute home office, that they don’t realize how BOSS that is.

I’m not trying to brag, I’m just telling you IT’S REAL.
Do I worry and stuff? YEAH, it’s part of life, but I could worry and fret as the boss or an employee, it’s a choice.
That’s the OTHER thing people don’t want to see – that they CAN have what they want.
If they somehow partly believe that what they want is not possible, then they don’t have to make the changes to get there.
People love struggle!
Because struggling is actually easier than thinking of a new way to do something…and it feels important.
Yeeeah. And people will also INSIST that an easy way doesn’t even exist when usually it absolutely does.
So here are a few of the subtle ways people allow struggle in their lives so they don’t have to achieve their dreams.
Examples of the above would be…
